Celebrating the 75th Anniversary of the 1950 address by J. Paul Guilford:

ambitions, however, to undertake an investigation of creativity…”
The 9th MIC Conference 2025 will gather multidisciplinary scientists, educators, and practitioners from all over the world to present their views, results, and open questions about all aspects related to Creativity Studies.
This year’s MIC Conference is dedicated to a key anniversary in the history of Creativity Studies! In fact, on September 5, 1950, J. Paul Guilford gave his famous address to the APA Conference, in which he provided the foundation for the modern era of the scientific study of creativity. At a distance of exactly 75 years, we will meet in the Italian Alps to celebrate “Founding Creativity Studies: Guilford’s Speech on the Peak!”.
