LOGIN INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Create a new account on the website clicking on the “Create an Account” button
  2. Activate your account by clicking on the activation link received by e-mail (please check the spam folder of your e-mail account in the case you have not received any notification)
  3. Log in to the submission system using your username and password
  4. Submit your abstract following the next instructions

 

SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS

Two types of submission modalities are available: 

1. SYMPOSIUM PROPOSAL (3 – 4 speakers) 

  • Preference: Please select the Symposium option
  • Thematic area: please choose one of the conference thematic areas
  • In the abstract information area, please include:
    1. Title of the symposium (max 100 characters)  
    2. General summary: max 300 words describing the content of the symposium 
    3. Chairperson: name, highest educational degree, email, work telephone number, institution/business affiliation 
    4. Authors: names, highest educational degree, institution/business information 
    5. Abstract for each presentation (max 250 words each) 

 

2. INDIVIDUAL PAPER OR POSTER PROPOSAL 

  • Title of the presentation (max 100 characters) 
  • First author: names, highest educational degree, institution/business information 
  • Co-authors: names, highest educational degree, institution/business information 
  • Preference: please choose poster or paper presentation! 
  • Thematic area: please choose one of the conference thematic areas
  • Abstract: max 250 words describing the content of the presentation 
  • Key-words: max 3 keywords for your abstract
