LOGIN INSTRUCTIONS
- Create a new account on the website clicking on the “Create an Account” button
- Activate your account by clicking on the activation link received by e-mail (please check the spam folder of your e-mail account in the case you have not received any notification)
- Log in to the submission system using your username and password
- Submit your abstract following the next instructions
SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS
Two types of submission modalities are available:
1. SYMPOSIUM PROPOSAL (3 – 4 speakers)
- Preference: Please select the Symposium option
- Thematic area: please choose one of the conference thematic areas
- In the abstract information area, please include:
- Title of the symposium (max 100 characters)
- General summary: max 300 words describing the content of the symposium
- Chairperson: name, highest educational degree, email, work telephone number, institution/business affiliation
- Authors: names, highest educational degree, institution/business information
- Abstract for each presentation (max 250 words each)
2. INDIVIDUAL PAPER OR POSTER PROPOSAL
- Title of the presentation (max 100 characters)
- First author: names, highest educational degree, institution/business information
- Co-authors: names, highest educational degree, institution/business information
- Preference: please choose poster or paper presentation!
- Thematic area: please choose one of the conference thematic areas
- Abstract: max 250 words describing the content of the presentation
- Key-words: max 3 keywords for your abstract
